Registration OPENS in AES on July 1st

Divisions: 14 OPEN | 15 OPEN | 16 OPEN & Classic | 17 OPEN & Classic | 18 OPEN & Classic

Levels: Open (highest level) & Classic (developmental level)

AWARDS: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals of Gold Division. All other division winners will receive Medals.

REFUND POLICY: Teams that drop 60 days before the event will receive a refund 

OFFICIALS: The tournament will supply officials for all courts and matches. 

ROSTER & BACKGROUND SCREENING: All adults on JVA rosters must complete a JVA background screen and training course. (AAU screens are accepted). Background screens processing may take 10 business days. If you are an AAU Member with a current and clear background screen, you will not have to complete the JVA background screen form. Player/Coach Waiver Forms are required for everyone on a roster, and must be submitted electronically HERE.

NOTE: Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA insured events through AES until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen through the above form or through AAU.

Annual screens help ensure that every adult working with athletes continues to meet the same safety standards year after year. This creates a safer environment for athletes, gives parents greater confidence, and helps JVA and clubs stay current with industry requirements.
